Cancellation due to customer’s convenience will be charged from 7 days prior to the tour day.
*A rescheduling will also be considered a cancellation.※日程のご変更につきましてもキャンセル扱いとなります。
*If the payment method is card payment, even if it is placed after 8 days before cancellation, a settlement fee (5%) will occur.
In case of rain, the tour can be held basically, but in the case of cancellation by our judgment due to the impact of disaster etc., a cancellation fee will be charged.I will not do it.
You can refund or transfer the date.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, please take your own temperature in the morning of the day.As a result of the temperature measurement, please understand that it may be canceled if it exceeds 37 °C.
In addition, please wear a mask on the day unless instructed by the staff.
