Cancellation Policy
Cancellation due to customer’s convenience will be charged from 7 days prior to the tour day.
*A rescheduling will also be considered a cancellation.
*If the payment method is card payment, even if it is placed after 8 days before cancellation, a settlement fee (5%) will occur.
In the case of rain, the tour can generally be held, but if we decide to cancel the tour due to a disaster or other reason, we will not charge a cancellation fee. Refunds or date changes are possible.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, please take your own temperature in the morning of the day.As a result of the temperature measurement, please understand that it may be canceled if it exceeds 37 °C.
